Directions to Moorland View Childrens Home and School.
From the North going South.
Take the M6 motorway and then the M61.Then the next exit for the M65 direction Burnley.
Go into Burnley Town Centre and follow signs to Rawtenstall. This road will take you up a long hill onto the Moors. You will pass numerous sets of terraced houses, including a Chinese Restaurant.
After two more sets, you enter Dunnockshaw and we are on the right hand side with a car park at the front of the Old School House. Pull in to the car park.( if you come to a second hand BMW garage, you have passed!)

From the South / Manchester / Liverpool / Leeds.
Take the M60/M62 off the M1 or M6 to the junction of the M66. Take the Blackburn, Bury, Burnley direction and follow the motorway past Bury and then stay on this road following the Rawtenstall sign. You should NOT take the left fork for Blackburn and Burnley.
Having followed the Rawtenstall sign by staying on this road, you will reach a large roundabout, with a Shell garage on the left as you go round. In effect you then need to keep straight on following the Burnley sign.
You are now on our road. Travel through a village called Crawshawbooth, up the hill past the Jester Pub, Glory Pub and then an old BMW garage on the right. As you then enter Dunnockshaw, we are the first building on your left immediately after an elderly person sign and bus stop. Turn into our car park. You will see white arrows on red to lead you to the entrance.
