Usually, young people who attain an appropriate age, resident at Moorland View for some time will be afforded the opportunity and experience of undertaking all aspects of managing their lives, under the guidance of our trained staff, and following review decision and detailed Pathway Plans from Local Authorities.

On rare occasions, this service can be offered specifically on a short term basis, subject to  vacancies and the group of young people in residence at Moorland View.

Training includes managing finances, shopping,cooking cleaning and washing.We work with young people to encourage and support contact with services and agencies outside Moorland View, colleges, careers, job centres and similar to help build confidence.
